He was predeceased by: his father Carlton Hardy. He is survived by: his mother Fay Allen Blalock; his siblings, Patricia Blalock (Steve Scaccianoce) and Lamar Blalock; his close friend Cheryl Scaccianoce; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
