She was predeceased by: her parents, Leveda Lemack and Joseph Evans; her husband James Cuddy; and her sons, Shawn Cuddy, Jamie Cuddy, Paul Evans and Gary Evans.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bruce Lemack (Teresa), Patricia Eagen and Debbie Evans; her daughters, Lynn Hefele (Stephen) and Lorie Massa (Louis); her grandchildren, Harrison Hefele (Amanda), Travis Hefele (Taylor), Marycatherine Massa (Michael) and Emma Massa (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Emery Hefele and Trey Hefele.
