He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Hendrick and Pauline S. Hendrick of Hamlet, NC.; and his brothers, Michael Hendrick and Wayne Hendrick. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hendrick; his daughters, Cindy Blue and Jennifer Davis Way; his grandchildren, Miranda Blue, Marissa Blue and Caleb Blake; and his siblings, Tommy Hendrick and Anne Sandford.
