He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Miner and Patricia Miner; and his brother Chuck Miner. He is survived by : his significant other Tammy; his son Cortney Miner (Marci) of Huntington Beach, CA.; his grandchildren, Jesse Miner (Kenzie) of Franklinton, NC, Capri Lynn and Hudson Alan; his siblings, Jackie Fouke (Preston) of Hagerstown, MD and Donnie Miner (Debbie) of Hagerstown, MD; his goddaughter Lindsey Hartman of Hagerstown, MD; and his pet Roxy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Steve to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
