He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Stagner and Lillie Stagner; his wife Elaine; and his sister Donna Parrott. He is survived by: his children, Bart Stagner (Marcos Lima) and Cindy Flowers (John) of Oak Island, NC.; his grandchildren, Jay Flowers (Megan Kruse) and Jesse Flowers (Shari); his great grandchildren, Ian, Yuki and Jack Flowers; Betty Fulenchek (Dale). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
