He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kenneth Kiser, Sr. and Mary Catherine Wise Kiser; his wife Nita Mobley Kiser; his son Jason Kiser; and his brother Jimmy Kiser.
He is survived by: his son Allen Rainwater (Marla) of Gastonia, NC; his granddaughters, Megan Rainwater Lasley (Brian) of Gastonia, NC and Taylor Rainwater Collmar (Jamie) of Gastonia, NC; his great grandchildren, Howie and Deacon Collmar; his sisters, Dianne Lovingood (Tom) and Brenda Jeffers of Bolivia; his caregiver Jenny Horne Winnabow (Roger); and his close friends, Bob Zwieg, Ryan Zwieg of Oak Island, Louis Coletta, Bobby Elrod of Gastonia, Mike, Kathy, Evensen Ross of Wilmington and Southport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
