He is survived by: his mother Lori; his brother Sammy; his grandmother Terri; his father David Shoffner; his aunts and uncles, Aimee (Ritchie Dabbs), Rese (Brian Gardner), David (Tammy Nelson), Randy (Gwen Nelson), Larry (Sherry Nelson) and Mike (Sarah Nelson); and his cousins, Jake, Will, Hayden, Nolan, Shelby, Kerry, Brandon, Christopher, Greg and Ricky. He is also survived by family members, and numerous friends.
