She is survived by: her children, Thomas Bloxham, Jr. (Terri), Vicki Bloxham and David Bloxham (Nikki); and her brother James Stewart (Ruth). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
