He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. Blaylock Jr. and Margaret K. Blaylock (Marshall). He is survived by: his sons, Mark Blaylock (Amy) and Mitch Blaylock; his grandchildren, Cash and Liam; his siblings, Cheryl Standifer, Lannie Blaylock, Keith Blaylock, Butch Blaylock, Terri Burton and Sue Blaylock; Pete Blaylock and Mike Blaylock.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to ASPCA or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
