She was predeceased by: her father James "Jim" Forest. She is survived by: her mother Vicki Forest (Tysinger); her husband Grant Chilton; her children, Forest, Reid (Taylor), Cameron and Cohen; her brother Josh Forest (Tanya); and her pets, Belew and Gray.
