He is survived by: his wife Joyce D. Biggs; his children, Brad Biggs (Angie) and Kristi Gallimore (Billy); his grandchildren, Will Biggs, Ryley Nail, Garrett Nail, Luke Gallimore and Abbie Gallimore; and his siblings, Barbara James and Danny Biggs.
