He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roy Kellam and Ella Mae Pegram Kellam; and his sister Betty Landreth (Kellam). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kellam (Moore) of Oak Ridge; his daughters, Jane Kellam Hudson (Bradford) and Ruth Kellam Kerley (Glenn) of Oak Ridge, NC.; his grandsons, Pearce Kerley John Hudson (Emma) and Bryant Kerley; his nieces, Wanda Peoples (Keith), Sandy Moskel (Tom), Susan Bergeron (Jeff), Nancy Trivett (Alan), Marisa Moore and Ormond Moore (Marsha); and his sister-in-law Ellen Hoaken (Paul).
