He is survived by: his wife Terri Hodges Parrish; his sons, Jacob Parrish (Jennifer) and Justin Parrish (Amanda); his grandchildren, Jaci, Peyton, Jed, Logan, Jena, Levi, Josi and Paisley; and his siblings, Albert Parrish, Clint Parrish (Susan), Martha Barton, Vernon Parrish (Wanda), Joyce Montgomery (Robert) and Elaine Bertaux (Randy).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Oak Level Baptist Church in Roy's memory.
