She was predeceased by: her parents, Crowell "Fred" Smith and Bessie Louise Smith; her husband CJ Eudy; and her siblings, Jay Lee Smith and Carlena Griffin.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Howell; her nieces, Kay Eddins and Lynn Morris; and her nephew Carl Smith.
