In loving memory of Evelyn Coble of Oakboro, North Carolina, who departed this world on October 5, 2025 at the age of 93. Evelyn leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Alexander and Nellie Tucker Hatley; her husband Robert Wilson Coble; and her siblings, Roscoe Hatley, Clayton Hatley, Grady Hatley, Annie Lee Griffin and Vera Hatley.
She is survived by: her children, Darrell Coble (Theresa) and Patsy Jolly (Rick) of Oakboro; her grandchildren, Jennifer Nahrgang (Jeff), Bradley Coble (April) and Meredith Sain (Seth); and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Camden Nahrgang, Logan and Dylan Sain.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mineral Springs Baptist Church (4694 NC-205, Oakboro, NC 28129). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to be made to Tillery Compassionate Care or Trinity Place of Albemarle.
