She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Adam Harkey and Helen Josephine Kluttz Harkey; her sister Denna Jo Tucker; and her husband Larry Gene Branch. She is survived by: her adoptive son Troy Bowers Branch of Salisbury, NC; her grandsons, Tyler Christian Branch of Bossier City, LA and Brice Clifford Branch of Springfield; and her brother Tommy Wayne Harkey of New London, NC..
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Canton Baptist Church (24615 Endy Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001).
