He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, Richard and Gerald Otis; his stepchildren, Richard, Jeffrey and Deborah; his daughters-in-law, Sandy and Anne Marie; his granddaughters, Stephanie, Allyson and Emily; and his great grandchild Harrison.
