She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Hewett and Myra Clemmons Hewett; her husband Clyde Stanley; her grandson Garrett Galloway; and her siblings, Clinton Hewett, Alberta McCranie and Louise Bolen.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Owens (Glenn) of Bolivia and Greta Galloway (Vin) of Nakina; her grandchildren, Jennifer Caison (Eric) of Bolivia, Bryan Owens (Holly) of Bolivia and Ashley Blakley (Jason) of Jonesborough, TN.; her great grandchildren, Ella Caison, Jackson Caison, Levi Owens and Charlotte Blakley; and her sister Margaret McCranie of Little River, S. C..
