He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde "Bill" Duncan and Christeene Sommersett Duncan; and his sister Wendy Duncan. He is survived by: his close friend Desarae Lowery; his sons, William Duncan and Austin Duncan; his siblings, James "Hymie" Phillips, Kevin Duncan (Danielle), Matt Duncan (Brandy) and Ashleigh Simmons (Allen); and his siblings' children, Damon Phillips, Michael Duncan, William, Jasmine and Madelynn.
