He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Joseph Mosbey and Odile Seibert Mosbey; his wife Margaret McCain Mosbey; and his daughter Theresa Letteria. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Dallas (Charles) and Manuel James Mosbey, Jr. (Cindy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
