She is survived by: her children, William Jeffery Phillips (Dena), David "Buddy" Franklin Phillips, Jr. (Breianne Comer), Donald Christopher Phillips (Suzanne), Timothy Mark Phillips (Edith) and Donna Michelle Phillips; her grandchildren, Danielle Phillips, Paula Phillips, Robbie Phillips, Hannah Burghard, Haily Phillips (Ryan), Bailey Phillips, Mark Phillips, Noah Phillips, Nathanael Phillips, Ana-Caroline Phillips, Nicky Phillips and Owen Phillips; and her siblings, William Terrel Lancaster, Ramona Jalayne Steptoe and Sarah Louise Sosebee.
