He is survived by: his wife Faith Kathleen Sheppard Milligan; his siblings, Gerald Robert "Bob" Dietrick (Kathleen "Kathy" Joyce) and Dolores Mary Dietrick Newcomer; and his children, Kenneth "Ken" Raymond Milligan (Michele), Paul David Milligan (Lynn), Katherine "Kathy" June Milligan Montgomery and Andrew "Andy" Philip Milligan (Kathryn). He is also survived by his family, friends.
