With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andy Horne O'Neal of Ocracoke, North Carolina, who passed away on September 1, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Edward Carlson O'Neal, Jr.; his grandparents, Edward Carlson O'Neal, Sr., Edna Mae Styron O'Neal, Andrew Sommers Spencer and Etta Carter Styron Spencer "Ogga"; and his sister-in-law Teresa Coffey-O'Neal.
He is survived by: his significant other Cathy Beck; his mother Stella Spencer O'Neal; his siblings, Edward Carlson O'Neal III (Pam), Stephanie Jane O'Neal and Albert Reid O'Neal; his siblings' children, Chad Sommers O'Neal and Jacquelyn Nicole O'Neal (Juan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carter Sommers O'Neal, Kyler Diego Luna, Amaya Jane Luna and Johnny Cole Flores; and his cousin Bradford Earl Midgette, Jr..
