He is survived by: his wife Judy Elliott Davis; his children, Jeff Davis (Julie), Gwen McFalls, Sheri Smith, Carol Morris (James) and Marian Smith (Ray); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Kenan (Winifred), Nathania (Jared), Ayla, Abi, Leah (CJ), Isaac, Garrett, Ava, Gracie, Claire, Jaden, Ian and Seth; and his great grandchildren, Georgia and Parker.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beam Funeral Service & Crematory (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
