He is survived by: his father Herbert Clayton Smith; his fiancée Amy Conard; his children, Abby Smith of Jonesborough, TN, Charleigh Jade Smith and Jack Jordan; his siblings, Tracy "Maleaka" Webb (David) of Florida, Erin "Heather" Norris (Tony) of Canton, NC, Justin "Bubba" Strickland of Florida and Joshua "Joshy" Strickland of Florida; and his aunt Molly Caldwell.
