She was predeceased by: her parents, Thad Guy and Ola Guy; her husband Earl E. Burnette; and her brothers, Ted Guy, Bruce Guy, Ronnie Guy and Benny Jo Guy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Thomas (Mike) of Old Fort and Genia Ledford (Ronnie) of Old Fort; her grandchildren, Lisa Settlemyre (Neil), Michelle Stamey (Jamey), David Thomas (Adrian), Kelly Blasky (Bryce) and Jason Ledford (Carla); her great grandchildren, Joshua, Chelsea, Taylor, Caleb, Thad, Katie, Canon, Hudson, Leah, Keenan, Lucy, Emerson, Jackson and Brandon; her great great grandchildren, Henry, Blakeley, Avery, Sawyer, Owen and Olivia; and her sister-in-law Libby Guy.
