He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Edward Platt and Amanda Evelyn O'Leary Platt; and his siblings, Vickie White and Kenny Platt. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rice Platt; his children, Raymond "P. J." Platt, III, Joshua Platt (Stephanie), Brooke Clark (Luke), Tonya Edwards (Stacy), Randy Hollifield (Shelly) and Travis Hollifield (Marley); his sisters, Tajuana Iris Cejka (Mike), Renda Owens (Craig) and Jackie Barnes (Wesley); and his pet Samson. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
