He is survived by: his wife Patricia Martin; his children, William Scott Martin (Karen), Susan Martin Taylor (Curtis), Lisa Martin Radford (David) and Wesley Martin (Shasta); his grandchildren, Amanda Jones (Brian), Joshua Radford (Heather), Jacob Hicks (Amber), Brittany Martin, Sarah Coursey (Steven), Tyler Martin, Raegan Martin and Layla Martin; his great grandchildren, Jay, Johnny, Jaxson, Addison, Brennon, Cooper, Carleigh, Gracie, Mason, Baylee and Makala; and his sister Marzelle Hudgins.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Beam Funeral Service & Crematory (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A celebration of life was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at the Glenwood Independent Baptist Church Cemetery (7929 US-221, Marion, NC 28752).
