He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Neal Blackwelder and Mary Perry Blackwelder; and his grandson Tyler David Williams. He is survived by: his wife Carol Blackwelder of Olin; his daughters, Miriam Fields (Craig) and Ashley Williams (David); his grandchildren, Spencer Slone (Charlie), Connor Fields (Courtney) and Audrey Fields; and his great grandchildren, Paisley Fields and Ryder Slone.
