He is survived by : his wife Louise Beal O'Brian; his children, Janet Bostic, Anita Wheeler, Steven Averette (Johanna) and Grady Averette (Kathy); his cousins, Carolyn and Jack Tracy; and his friends, Norman and Linda Gosset. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
