She was predeceased by: her parents, John Paul Elliott and Zelma Garrett Elliott; her husband Ray Melvin Riley; her children, Monica Ann Riley, Russell Dwayne Riley, Johnny Ray Riley and Timothy Elliott Riley; and her siblings, Dan Paul Elliott, Alice Faye Drake, Donald Ray Elliott and Julian Carr Elliott.
She is survived by: her son David Riley; her grandsons, Justin Ray Oliver and John Adam Oliver; her siblings, Patricia Elliott Pugh of Oxford and Willie Thomas Elliott of Carrboro; and her daughter-in-law Rhonda Elliott Riley.
