She was predeceased by: her parents, William Marshal Elliott and Pearl Roberson Elliott; and her sisters, Ailene McGriff, Peggy Thomerson, Virginia Bennett and Edna Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Bailey Dampier; her son Michael Dampier (Kim); and her niece Billie Perez.
