He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Allie Daniel and Mary Claire Duke; his granddaughters, Mary Charles Duke and Elizabeth James Wheeler; his sister Lynn Cox (Keith); his mother-in-law Ann Woodall; and his brother-in-law Mike Woodall (Wendy). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
