Cherie Summers Stokes, 60 of Oxford, NC passed away on September 20, 2026. Cherie was born on December 4th, 1965 in Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland to the late Harold and Dorothy Summers.

Cherie loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren Caleb Brown, Joseph Gaddis, Autumn Stover and Aubree Stover. Cherie is survived by her daughters Lindsay Brown and Anna Brown. Also survived by her siblings Donald Summers and Collette Summers Tyson.
