He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Lee Eudy and Kay Suitt Turner; his stepfather Jack Turner; his half-sisters, Grace Minton and Lynn Hassell; and his nephew Nathan William Eudy.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy Averette Eudy; his children, April Eudy (Brandon) of Creedmoor, Destiny Eudy of Creedmoor and Christopher Eudy (Melissa) of Stem; his grandsons, Levi, Waylon and Trevor; his brother Mike Eudy (Kate) of Indian Beach; his half-sisters, Wanda Buchanan of Oxford and Sandra Bishop of Creedmoor; and his stepsiblings, Jackie Turner of Creedmoor, Everette Turner of Creedmoor and Mary Russell of Stem. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
