With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Watkins-Kittrell (Oxford, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2025 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolphus Watkins and Annie Webb Watkins. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sallie Kittrell Terry; her cousins, Gloria Moore and Mary Ray Webb; and her caregiver Jan Henry Garner (Brock). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
