He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Barbour and Irene Woodard Barbour; and his siblings, Monnie, Myrtle, Leatha, Donnie and Gilliam.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Mikels (Mark), Christy Barbour Arundale (Chuck) and Floyd Barbour (Jeannine); his grandchildren, Jessie Barbour (Cam Daniels), Trevor Barbour (Samantha Minnick), Brian Stone (Lauren Lyon), Chuck Arundale Jr. (Christina), Ryan Arundale (Ciara), Kaitlin Arundale (Brian Donegan), Brandon Mikels (Katelynn Cates) and Ashley Glenn; and his great grandchildren, Cypress, Axel, Laken, Callum, Caroline and Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
