He was predeceased by : his father Charles Ernest Creech; his mother-in-law Carolyn Schmitt Mathis; and his brother-in-law Jacob Lapeer Mathis. He is survived by : his mother Rosemary Malpass Creech; his wife Jacquelyn Louise Mathis Creech; his children, Isca Louise Creech, Mathis Hunt Creech and Jacob Lapeer Charles Creech; his sister Katie Creech Yarbrough (Kyle); his siblings-in-law, Jericha McHugh (Paul) and Jonah Mathis (Sarah); and his father-in-law James Mathis.

“Dear Rosemary, I am so sad to hear about your son passing away. I can barely remember the kids playing at the pool when we lived in Oxford and them playing Marco Polo. Please know that we will keep your family in our prayers and especially for you and his wife and children, may God grant you all the peace that passes all understanding”
