She was predeceased by: her parents, Rasper Curtis and Ollie Green Curtis. She is survived by: her husband Reverend Samuel Hart, Jr.; her children, Chris Curtis (Laura) of Raleigh, Angela H. Welborn (Mike) of Henderson and Trashawn Hart of Oxford; and her siblings, Arlene Boyd of Oxford, Roy Curtis (Tameka) of Durham and Bobby Curtis of Oxford. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Temple of Deliverance (505 Bobbitt St, Henderson, NC 27536).
