He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Zook (Terry) and Jeffery Zook; his grandson Christopher Zook (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Sabrina Parker, Nicholas Parker, Brianna Zook, Aliandra Zook, Allen Zook Jr. and John Paul Zook II; and his half-brothers, Bill Hicks and Bobby Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
