He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Loom of Chapel Hill, Beckie MacGowan of Chapel Hill and Josh Loom of Chapel Hill; and his siblings, Jacqueline Renee Harris (Carl) of Oxford, James Clifton Thomas (Debra) of Silver Springs, MD, Frank Edward Thomas (Debra) and Fayetteville.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (3724 Salem Rd, Oxford, NC 27565). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Hope Granville Baptist Church (5643 Old Roxboro Rd, Oxford, NC 27565).
