He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie M. Marrow and Olivia Taylor Marrow. He is survived by: his children, Marilyn M. Perry (Johnnie) of Creedmoor, Melvin J. Marrow (Catherine) of Charlotte and Nathaniel Marrow (Carla) of Oxford; and his siblings, Nelly Taylor Walthurst (Elliott) of Long Island, NY, Harold Marrow (Patricia) of Cleveland, OH and Rubin Daniel of Huntersville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
