It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Humphries of Oxford, North Carolina, who passed away on June 19, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Early Brogden and Mary Cash Brogden; her husband Johnnie Fields Humphries; her brothers, Rufus Brogden and Harold Brogden; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Humphries.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Heath (James), Ronnie Humphries (Mary Jane), Steve Humphries, Donald Humphries (Pamela) and Michael Humphries (Amy); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Heath, Joanne Heath, James Heath (Drew), Amanda Lowery (Gerald), Stephanie Reed (Donnell), Allen Humphries, Bradley Humphries, Corey Humphries, Nickie Humphries and Courtney Barker (Justin). She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
