It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mattie R Withers (Oxford, North Carolina), who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dave Taborn and Mattie Harris Taborn. She is survived by : her daughters, Angela Perry (Alton) of Wendell and Rita Weaver of Washington, DC. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
