He is survived by : his wife Effie Adcock Garrett; his children, Jenny Bowling (James), Cynthia Howell (Kimmie) of Richard, Garrett (Vicki), Sheila Forsythe, Randy Garrett (Suzanne) and Scottie Garrett (Kelly); his grandchildren, Angela, Brian (Erica), Kimberly (Allen), Phillip (Wendy), Shannon, Travis (Morgan), Stephanie and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Layton, Nolan, Braden, Jaxson, Liam, Jace, Sophie, Jax, Colt, Jayce and Kashton.
