He was predeceased by: his father Ray Melvin Riley; and his siblings, Monica Ann Riley and Johnny Ray Riley. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Elliott Riley of Oxford; his brothers, Tim Riley of Oxford and David Riley of Oxford; his sister-in-law Rhonda Riley; and his nephews, Justin Ray Oliver and John Adam Oliver.
