She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Lee Richard and Ella Gray Richard. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Dickerson; her sons, Matthew Faulkner (Kelsey) of Raleigh, Connor Gooch (Eliza) of Oxford, Cole Dickerson (Jenny) of Oxford and Lane Dickerson (Harley) of Oxford; her granddaughter Dani Kate Dickerson; her siblings, Randall Richard (Camela) of Bracey, VA and Pam McFalls (Rex) of Creedmoor; and her pet Lip. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oxford Baptist Church (147 Main St, Oxford, NC 27565).
