He was predeceased by: his parents, Booker T. Williams and Esther Mae Daye Williams. He is survived by: his sisters, Pauline Williams (Wayne Williams) of Durham, Diane Williams of Durham, Justine Williams of Butner, Gloria Williams of Warrenton and Barbara Green of Oxford; and his sons, Booker T. Williams, Jr. of Warrenton, Antonie Williams (Carolyn) of Durham, Samuel Williams of Durham and Kenneth Williams of Asheville.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home Chapel (3724 Salem Rd, Oxford, NC 27565). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
