He was predeceased by: his father Ray Melvin Riley; and his siblings, Monica Ann Riley, Russell Dwayne Riley and Johnny Ray Riley. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Elliott Riley; his brother David Riley; his nephews, Justin Ray Oliver and John Adam Oliver; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Elliott Riley.
