We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Charles E. Rose Sr. (Pantego, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Royal Rose and Dorothy Elaine Cooper Rose; his sister Wanda R. McCants; and his brother-in-law William "Bill" McCants. He is survived by : his wife Patricia "Patsy" Irene Brooks; his children, Sheila R. Phillips (R. A.) of Pantego, NC, Latricia R. Porter (Barry) of Prince George, VA and Charles E. Rose, Jr. (Tonja) of Spring Hill, TN; his sister Marianna R. Phelps (Allen) of Pantego; and his grandchildren, Erica Credle Askew, Jonathan Blake Lewis, Zachary Bryan Phillips, Charles Edward "Chuck" Rose III, Cayman Marie Porter, Orianna Phillips Boyd and Devin Kyle Porter.
